SOUNDSAFE CARE CLOSES ITS FIRST CAPITAL INCREASE OF 1.75 MILLION EUROS
November 2023 – Soundsafe Care, a deeptech startup in the surgical robotics field, completes a €1.75 million seed investment round. The startup now aims to market a medical device for the treatment of tumors without incisions and free from any toxicity.

ROBOTICS AND ULTRASOUND TOWARDS NONINVASIVE SURGERY
High-intensity focused ultrasound surgery based on robotics can address unmet clinical needs in the treatment of pathological tissues, such as cancerous tissues. Robotic control and machine learning algorithms ensure safety even in case of target motions during therapy. The device has been extensively validated in ex vivo scenarios, and it was tested in terms of safety and efficacy during an in vivo test on large animal model.
